Disclaimer

YumBrothers has the right to deny service to any of our customers. We will try our best to satisfy you as our customer but in return we ask that you are respectful of our deliverymen. Any damaged product(s) will be replaced with further inspection and at no cost to you the customer. 


We are just kids, we plan to work hard to make you happy:)


Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your order we require a minimum 12 hour heads up. If you decide to cancel your order once a representative of YumBrothers arrives to deliver your fruit, you will be charged a delivery fee of $3.50/lb of fruit that was ordered (Order was 3lbs, fee is $10.50). Under certain circumstances that you were not able to communicate such cancellation, the fee will be wavered. 


License

Unless otherwise stated, YumBrothers and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on YumBrothers. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from YumBrothers for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from YumBrothers
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from YumBrothers
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from YumBrothers
  • Redistribute content from YumBrothers
